Holy Spirit Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), Bray Park is looking for a passionate and experienced educator to join our team as Assistant Coordinator. This permanent part-time role (28 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shifts) supports the coordinator with the day-to-day operations of the service while helping create a safe, engaging and welcoming environment where children can learn, play and belong. Key Responsibilities Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the service, including: Program planning, delivery, and documentation Staff rostering and supervision Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families Consent to be the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the coordinator. What You’ll Need Diploma in Children Services or ACECQA Equivalent Previous experience in the education and care of children in a similar role. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Child Protection Training is a requirement of this role.
